Zen Hair Studio is a Clics custom color studio specializing in haircuts, Cezanne keratin/smoothing treatments, handtied extensions, balayage, hair color and color corrections. The Clics color dispensing system allows for true color customization for our guests. Our goal at Zen Hair Studio is to provide a professional, relaxing and healthy environment for our clientele. We utilize Clics color and Mr Smith Hair products to create the hair of your dreams! Clics color is ammonia, ppd free, silicone free, paraben free and cruelty free. Mr Smith Hair products are cruelty free (PETA certified and vegan) and crafted from Australian botanicals and essential oils. These products are free from synthetic fragrance, parabens, sulfates and sodium chloride. Our mission at Zen Hair Studio is to make sure every client leaves looking and feeling their best. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes unexpected things may happen and appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled. If you are ill or have an emergency please contact the salon as soon as possible. We understand that illness/emergent situations do happen. Otherwise, we politely ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment. No shows are included under this policy. A 72 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please be aware that if you are 15 minutes late there is a possibility that we may not be able to accommodate reserved services and the cancellation fee will be applied with an automatic reschedule of your appointment. Clients who cancel, reschedule or no show multiple appointments may be prohibited appointments in advance and online booking.
